"An international project that I led was to improve on the implementation of Best in Class - Carrier Grade strategies & processes by optimizing the operation of a wireless Network Service Provider's Network Management Center. One of the methods that I applied was to conduct a very detailed Gap Analysis of the processes available to the Fault Management Team to conduct root-cause-analysis of alarms & outages. A particular Level 1 Alarm necessitated a cell-site visit, with the discovery that an uninvited visitor had taken up residence with the equipment."
